Dr Bonnie Posselt

Dr Bonnie Posselt is an RAF doctor who specialises in Space and Aviation medicine after doing an intercalated degree in Aerospace Physiology at Kings College London and more recently a diploma in aviation medicine.

 

She joined the RAF as a medical officer and now is a squadron leader and specialty registrar helping to prepare astronauts for space voyages. Whilst undertaking ACCS training, Dr Posselt was part of the physician aeromedical evacuation team which involved retrieving injured military personnel.

 

Dr Posselt is currently doing a PhD in human performance using Helmet Mounted Displays and is the only space and aviation trainee medic in Britain.
